I worked 7 years at Petsmart in the Grooming department, then two years at Bark in Fitz in Ottawa, before I was approached by Ruth Irving from the Village Veterinary Clinic. She offered to help me start a local salon in the basement of her clinic. With her help and the help of the staff, I was excited to provide the pets of Russell and the neighbouring areas with friendly professional grooming. When you visit you may be greeted by my own personal dogs, Kraven and Prot.
The Shop features a walk in tub for larger breeds, and a bathing shelf for the little guys, open wire kennels and hydraulic tables. Scheduling allows for quiet sessions and gentle handling techniques provide pets with a stress free, drug free, grooming experience. The shop is open, airy and professional.
I am so thankful to my clients who have supported me, and I am excited to welcome, Kate Patch Woodley and Christine Bourdon to my grooming staff as well as Stephanie Franche. We look forward to continue to provide all pets with compassionate and caring service.
