Jambel Cuisine is a pairing of JAMaican and BELgian cuisine. The owner, Matthew, first started the business by attending local farmers’ market with his Jamaican father and Belgian mother. What began as a hobby soon grew into a fully fledged business. Jambel products highlight flavour and quality above all else.
Our Jerk Sauce is a flavourful marinade that focuses on taste over heat. Jambel Jerk Sauce has over ten different herbs and spices, this blend will draw out different flavours of any variety of meat it’s paired with.
