A brief range of motion assessment is performed at the start of each treatment to check for changes from the assessment or previous treatment sessions followed with Muscle testing for instability. Activation through muscle palpation or positional isometric. Re-test to ensure stability in the range of motion. The aim of the treatment is to restore joint function. This is performed through light muscle testing to see if a muscle can contract on demand. When muscle shows as being weak they are activated through light palpation. The effect is increased joint stability, reduced muscle tightness.
